Royal Decree No. 9/2007

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman

Having perused the Basic Law of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96, 
The Real Estate Register system issued by Royal Decree No. 2/98,

The Tourism Law issued by Royal decree No. 33/2002,

The regulations governing ownership of properties by GCC citizens in the member states issued by Royal decree No. 21/2004

The Royal Decree No. 95/2005 laying down the powers and approving the organizational chart of the Ministry of Tourism,

The system of rules of Non-Omani's ownership in integrated tourism complexes issued by Royal Decree No.12/2006,

And pursuant to the need of public interest,

We have decreed the following:

Article (1):
Provisions of the ratified Development Agreement of the Wave Project  herein referred to , shall be applicable with respect to  the Project.

Article (2):
The Minister of Tourism shall, in coordination with the Ministry of Housing and Muscat Municipality, issue the Development Control Plan and the by-laws pertinent to the rules and regulations of properties of the Wave Project.

Article (3):
This Decree shall be published in the official gazette and shall take effect from the day following the date of its publication.
