This Conference is organized by the Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with UNWTO and the International Centre for Responsible Tourism, Leeds Metropolitan University. H.E.Minister of Tourism Dr. Rajiha Abdul Amir will chair the Conference together with Dr. Harold Godwin as co-chair. Discussion topics in the conference will focus on the following 4 interrelated themes:

The Conference themes will discuss topics about biodiversity and its linkages to tourism, livelihoods, local communities and conservation.
